Damn it. With the CNY Holidays, my problem was still not resolved. The staff did what they could, based on their last orders from the now absent Supervisors. I know there is no point in worrying but this is my nature and with the customer calling me almost everyday, is unbearable as this is the first time I have ever handled such situations which I could not control the outcome.
