Well, I used to see this a lot a few years ago. It was quite common in the mid-90's whether you suffered a fender bender or not. And when my friend had it, I was so tempted to cut some small polystyrene fishes and put it in there............. ha ha ha ha
There is no other way to get the water out quickly
except to drill a small itty bitty hole. I wanted to do
