Network Cable Tracer B

So, after rummaging dozens of boxex, I found an IC Socket. So, I desoldered the 4017 IC and used an IC socket. Ha ha ha ha!

This is my other Network Cable Tracer which is
working fine. Notice anything similar?
I do not like this one much because it
uses a slide switch to switch it on and
to control the "fast" & "slow" modes
