My tech did not test it but assumed that the doorphone
is working. I tested and told him that I can barely hear
him as the voice was distorted. Not only that, the sound
from the speakers were very bad.
So, I had to tell him to switch from u-Law to A-Law. After that,
everything was fine. But I had to literally smack him on the
head for wasting everyone's time
