After much deliberation, I decided to use this switch, which allows me to select one of the two functions. Its a rocker switch with an "OFF" position in the middle and is non-lactching. In other words, if I wanted to select to activate one of the circuits, I just press "I" or "II" and when I am done, I just lift my finger and it will return to the middle position.

And then, I just remembered, it needs to bedouble pole! Damn! have to got back again.
