The JJ Tricorder Project Pt 4

With the template in place, its now ready to have the hole cut out. AS I have mentioned before, I would not cut out the whole piece although it COULD make the installation easier but there is a problem where the screws from the other side needs to lock to this piece. And one of the pillar is already destroyed. So, in the final phase, once everything is ready, I would need to glue the two halves together. This means servicing the toy in the future very difficult.

With the help of a CD Single case, I got the holes
drilled to almost the size of the template.
